Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Laravel in a modular monolith architecture.
  • Build and enhance multi-tenant SaaS features with proper data isolation and tenant-aware functionality.
  • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code using Domain-Driven Design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve existing functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews and help maintain high code quality standards.
  • Use code quality tools such as PHPStan, Rector, and Pint to keep the codebase consistent and reliable.
  • Optimize database queries and implement caching strategies with Redis to improve performance.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues and implement scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and participate in architectural decisions.
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Laravel is required; Symfony experience is a plus.
  • Solid PHP knowledge, including modern PHP 8.x features, strict types, and readonly classes.
  • Experience with package-driven development, modular monolith architecture, and Domain-Driven Design patterns.
  • Good grasp of MySQL and Redis; Elasticsearch or other NoSQL experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Git, including branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with code quality tools such as PHPStan, Rector, or similar static analysis tools.
  • Experience contributing to large-scale projects and working effectively within technical teams.
  • English proficiency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation.
  • Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, or SQS is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized development environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
  • Interest in or exposure to Go (Golang) is a plus.
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures is a plus.
  • Familiarity with queue systems such as Laravel Horizon or Redis queues is a plus.
