Description

  • Define the product vision, direction, and market fit for the real-world data product.
  • Develop go-to-market models and launch strategies that account for market dynamics, competition, segmentation, pricing, and channels.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs through market research, customer interviews, data analysis, and feedback.
  • Conduct market sizing and opportunity analysis to inform strategic decisions and roadmap prioritization.
  • Use advanced analytics on real-world data to generate insights, predictive models, segmentation strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization using Agile practices.
  • Write product requirements, user stories, and priorities in partnership with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with development, marketing, sales, implementation, client success, legal/risk, finance, data scientists, and analysts.
  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact, lead product demos, and address customer feedback and concerns.
  • Forecast and track budget performance, maintain the product-level P&L, and monitor product KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience focused on healthcare analytics, real-world data, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing complex products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong background in real-world data analytics within the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry concepts including regulatory requirements, reimbursement models, healthcare IT infrastructure, value-based care, and population health management.
  • Proficiency in GTM modeling, market sizing, and agile product lifecycle management.
  • Certification in Agile or Product Management, such as Scrum or Product Owner, is a plus.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available for this US-based role.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% and work in a sedentary, indoor environment.
