Description

  • Work with health system leaders to identify high-value operational challenges such as care gap closure, risk adjustment leakage, referral management breakdowns, and readmission hotspots.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during Healthcare AI Bootcamps to build AI-powered workflows using customers' actual data.
  • Deploy AI agents and workflows in real healthcare environments and help customers see results on their own patient populations.
  • Present outcomes to operational and executive stakeholders and translate technical results into business impact.
  • Support the customer journey from initial bootcamp through enterprise-wide rollout.
  • Identify new use cases and help customer teams learn to self-serve on the platform.
  • Contribute field insights back into the product roadmap and help shape future platform capabilities.
  • Help drive customer adoption and expansion opportunities that support revenue goals.
  • Build and support a Customer Center of Excellence around Innovaccer’s platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier program or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare operations, or AI/product strategy roles at a leading technology company.
  • Experience at MBB or a boutique healthcare/technology consulting firm is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity about healthcare and the intersection of data, AI, and patient outcomes.
  • Comfort working with data and collaborating effectively with engineers.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to operational leaders and mid-level executives.
  • Builder mindset with a preference for iterating and creating solutions rather than static presentations.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% to client sites across the U.S.
