Description

  • Engage regularly with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into platform, product, and feature solutions.
  • Own delivery plans and timelines in consultation with customers.
  • Negotiate features, enhancements, and incoming work based on team capacity and delivery priorities.
  • Lead and supervise data analysts and quality analysts.
  • Direct data integrations, analytics execution, dashboard enhancements, maintenance operations, and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with Innovaccer engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and other engineering teams to define and deliver customer solutions.
  • Support development of platform capabilities that improve enterprise customer operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience delivering U.S. healthcare projects involving data integrations, analytics, visualization tools, and technical customer/project management.
  • U.S. healthcare data-integration experience with claims, clinical, ADT, and laboratory data; migration-only experience is insufficient.
  • Healthcare analytics experience in areas such as cost of care, quality measures, risk, and payer report reconciliation for provider or payer organizations.
  • Experience implementing healthcare analytics such as HEDIS, MIPS, or eCQM.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong technical project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working across IT, software engineering, and business teams.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and creating or reviewing data-mapping documents.
  • Hands-on SQL data-extraction experience (preferred).
  • Basic Python scripting and Agile methodology experience (preferred).
