Description

  • Lead delivery of AI-driven programs aligned with customer contracts and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to define problem statements, scope, success metrics, and delivery plans.
  • Translate AI concepts into executable milestones, ownership, dependencies, and release plans.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, data science, security, infrastructure, and customer success teams.
  • Create and maintain project, sprint, and release plans using Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
  • Develop delivery artifacts including project charters, roadmaps, governance decks, and executive readouts.
  • Identify and manage risks involving data readiness, integrations, compliance, and change management.
  • Manage resource capacity, utilization, and tradeoffs across parallel initiatives.
  • Lead customer and internal working sessions, document decisions, and drive action items to closure.
  • Own the transition from pilot and build phases to production deployment and steady-state support.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and data science.
  • Ability to present to executive leadership and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with hybrid Agile delivery frameworks and Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience managing client-facing delivery conversations.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience in enterprise program governance.
  • Ability to travel within the United States.
  • Availability to overlap with India working hours.
  • 2+ years of exposure to AI initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards such as CCDA, HL7, and FHIR (preferred).
