Description

  • Partner with the Pharmacy Customer Success team to understand priorities and translate business questions into decision-ready reporting.
  • Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Sync Tableau data with the underlying data warehouse to maintain reporting accuracy and currency.
  • Use SQL and Python to investigate data-quality issues, reporting discrepancies, and complex data problems.
  • Design dashboard visualizations and layouts that clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Support data warehouse operations in Informatica and Databricks, including reporting pipeline maintenance.
  • Handle data, analytics, product, and customer issues across teams, including Jira ticket management and SLA monitoring.
  • Perform L2 debugging for priority incidents and coordinate escalation to product and infrastructure teams.
  • Identify and contribute to automation opportunities that reduce manual effort.
  • Own documentation versioning and handover activities with the Lead and Manager.

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to convert raw data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with financial reporting.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare data, such as claims, EHR, or pharmacy data.
  • Experience handling data issues, product tickets, and cross-functional troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with scheduled jobs and scripts, including modifying them.
  • Basic understanding of incident, transition, and problem management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a team is preferred.
