Description

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and KPI visualizations.
  • Build advanced Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
  • Implement Dataverse solutions and explore Copilot Studio and AI-agent capabilities.
  • Develop scalable integrations using Azure Functions, REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.
  • Build Microsoft Teams solutions including bots, Adaptive Cards, notifications, and workflow integrations.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business problems into technical solutions.
  • Document workflows, data models, integrations, application logic, APIs, and system configurations.
  • Apply security, governance, monitoring, error handling, performance optimization, and access controls.
  • Test, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Measure solution success through reliability, adoption, reduced manual work, and improved operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting.
  • Advanced experience with Power Automate.
  • Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including Azure Functions.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and independent working abilities.
  • Ability to work during EST-aligned U.S. business hours in a remote environment.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams app development, Copilot Studio, or AI agents preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI RLS, incremental refresh, embedded analytics, custom connectors, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, SQL, or data warehousing preferred.
