Description

  • Own brand messaging and lead the development of strategic copy across multiple platforms.
  • Write and refine persuasive, compliant content that translates complex scientific data for HCP and patient audiences.
  • Mentor and develop junior copywriters through feedback, coaching, and training.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Strategy, and Medical teams to align messaging and visuals with brand goals.
  • Navigate medical, legal, and regulatory review processes to ensure content is accurate and approvable.
  • Present and defend creative work to internal teams, clients, and regulatory reviewers.
  • Contribute to brand strategy and creative ideation for campaigns and marketing projects.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to improve copy effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience as a pharma copywriter with a proven ability to create compelling and compliant messaging across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare messaging, audience engagement, and brand strategy.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior writers.
  • Excellent editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, strategists, and medical experts.
  • Ability to balance creativity with regulatory compliance.
  • Experience presenting and defending creative work to stakeholders and reviewers.
  • Report to the Creative Director.
  • Preferred or valued qualities include professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, resilience, and adaptability.
