Description

  • Be the brand voice expert and ensure consistency across all written materials.
  • Mentor and develop Copywriters and Senior Copywriters in writing craft and strategic thinking.
  • Create and refine messaging strategies that support brand positioning and market insights.
  • Write and oversee compelling, approvable copy across digital, print, social, and video channels.
  • Collaborate with Art, Strategy, Medical, designers, strategists, and account leads to integrate copy into campaigns.
  • Navigate regulatory requirements and ensure all copy is compliant while maintaining creative quality.
  • Present and defend creative work to clients, regulatory teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of messaging platforms and maintain consistency across deliverables.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to keep messaging relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a master copywriter with impactful, compliant messaging across multiple channels.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or developing copywriters and senior copywriters.
  • Strong strategic thinking and understanding of how copy influences brand positioning, engagement, and behavior change.
  • Ability to adapt tone and voice for healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
  • Excellent editing skills with attention to clarity, accuracy, and alignment to regulatory and brand guidelines.
  • Experience working collaboratively with art, strategy, medical, design, and account teams.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific and medical information into compelling narratives.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.
  • A continuous-learning mindset and comfort staying updated on trends and best practices.
