Description

  • Serve as the brand voice expert and maintain consistency across all written materials.
  • Mentor and develop Copywriters and Senior Copywriters in writing craft and strategic thinking.
  • Create, refine, and oversee messaging strategies and platforms aligned with brand positioning and market insights.
  • Collaborate with Art, Strategy, and Medical teams to integrate copy with visual storytelling and broader campaign work.
  • Develop copy for digital, print, social, and video channels while ensuring consistency across formats.
  • Apply regulatory requirements and ensure all copy is compliant without sacrificing creative quality.
  • Present and defend creative work to clients, regulatory teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends and update brand messaging to keep it relevant and engaging.

Requirements

  • Proven ability as a master copywriter across multiple channels.
  • Experience translating complex scientific and medical information into compelling messaging.
  • Experience mentoring or leading Copywriters and Senior Copywriters.
  • Strong strategic thinking with understanding of how copy affects brand positioning, engagement, and behavior change.
  • Ability to adapt tone and voice for healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers.
  • Strong editing skills with attention to clarity, accuracy, and brand guidelines.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, strategists, account leads, and medical teams.
  • Ability to navigate and apply regulatory requirements in healthcare marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be preferred, though not explicitly stated.
