Description

  • Lead client-specific and business unit quality assurance and training initiatives.
  • Develop, refine, and deliver training programs, plans, schedules, and instructional materials.
  • Provide ongoing, refresher, and certification training for project team members.
  • Monitor service quality and perform quality assurance reviews for assigned projects.
  • Compile, analyze, and report QA metrics, trends, and performance results.
  • Identify root causes and lead corrective and preventive actions for process improvement.
  • Coordinate quality review calibration sessions with internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain and update client SOPs, work instructions, training documentation, and QMS records.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage team members to support performance and development.
  • Support internal/external audits, compliance activities, and general administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Current PRC registration and good standing with the applicable Philippine professional regulatory board, as required by the client program.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent education and relevant work experience preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), business applications, and contact center technologies.
  • Ability to read and understand data and file layouts.
  • Experience managing operational, quality, compliance, and performance metrics in a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, medicines regulation, pharmacovigilance requirements, and healthcare compliance standards preferred.
  • Familiarity with U.S. FDA regulations and healthcare industry requirements preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, facilitation, and employee development skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in spoken and written English with U.S.-based healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and consumers.
  • Willingness to work U.S.-aligned schedules, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Ability to work remotely in a secure environment and travel when required.
