Description

  • Plan learning design projects with instructional designers to ensure timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met.
  • Translate project plans into clear task lists and monitor progress across the team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders, aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and track project approvals and reviews, following up proactively to keep work moving.
  • Support people management by assigning projects based on skills fit, monitoring capacity, and escalating bottlenecks.
  • Develop and manage a limited number of e-learning projects as an instructional designer.
  • Support training launch communications and craft clear messaging for internal and client-facing audiences.
  • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen collaboration and scalability across INFUSE Academy operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of mid- or senior-level instructional design experience, or a similar role within an L&D department.
  • 1+ year of experience in team coordination, leadership, or project management within learning or related fields.
  • Strong AI literacy, with experience creating custom GPTs and scaling solutions across teams considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including experience managing change within teams.
  • Proven stakeholder management ability and experience building relationships internally and externally.
  • High level of organization, proactive mindset, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adjust plans based on shifting priorities.
  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to keep work moving in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Impeccable English oral and written skills.
