Description

  • Coordinate the full-cycle email campaign process from smaller initiatives through scaling up.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns in collaboration with designers, copywriters, and verification teams.
  • Ensure clients receive leads that meet predefined criteria.
  • Refine email content to improve engagement and campaign performance.
  • Monitor deadlines and keep campaign work on schedule.
  • Prepare campaign reports for delivery to the client.
  • Maintain smooth campaign operations to support lead quality.

Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate+ written and verbal English.
  • Experience coordinating email campaign workflows.
  • Ability to communicate with designers, copywriters, and verification teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Creative thinking and multitasking ability.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Drive/Sheets is a plus.
  • Willingness to work remote hours from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM EET.
