Description

  • Solve operational problems across multiple departments and functions.
  • Identify inefficiencies and challenge legacy workflows and processes.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions and automations.
  • Build integrations between AI tools and core database or legacy systems.
  • Evaluate business value, calculate ROI, and prioritize automation requests.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on solutions.
  • Coordinate and delegate work within a small team of 3–4 members.
  • Redesign data flows and improve process architecture.
  • Support migration of legacy automations to modern AI-assisted or code-based infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Practical experience writing Python scripts for automation and data manipulation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
  • Experience with data flow design and process redesign.
  • Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as n8n or Zapier.
  • Experience with AI tools, automations, agents, or workflow systems such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or Gemini.
  • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, data fluency, and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience evaluating business value, calculating ROI, and prioritizing requests.
  • Bonus: experience with vibe-coding practices or rapid prototyping tools.
  • Bonus: experience leading change initiatives, managing technical team members, or working in Business Analysis/Data Analytics.
