Description

  • Lead the definition of solution architecture for SAP-based Life Sciences transformation programs.
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Ensure technical solutions, platforms, and systems meet business requirements and future needs.
  • Develop and implement enterprise roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA and related solution landscapes.
  • Lead the ERP non-functional roadmap and enterprise-wide integration requirements.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Leonardo, SAP Cloud Platform, cloud integration, API management, AI, advanced analytics, and IoT.
  • Ensure solution architecture is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Maintain adherence to solution governance and enterprise architecture principles and standards.
  • Lead and contribute to governance forums such as Architecture Review Boards, Program Boards, Change Control Boards, and Integration Management meetings.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, issues, mitigations, and implementation status for solution architecture topics.
  • Liaise with third-party providers and vendors as needed.
  • Manage internal consulting, third-party, and contract resources.

  • Strong problem-solving, structuring, moderation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints.
  • Ability to collaborate within the firm and leverage existing resources.
  • Strong team leadership experience, including building high-performing teams and developing team members.
  • Extensive consulting experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
  • Extensive experience in the Life Sciences industry, including understanding of validation implications for SAP program delivery.
  • Proven delivery capability for large-scale SAP-based transformation programs inside and outside Life Sciences.
  • Practical knowledge of project management lifecycle principles and methodologies such as SAP Activate, Model Company, and SAP Value Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience with solution and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • Considerable SAP solution architecture and enterprise architecture experience in large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience executing an Agile-based design and delivery approach.
  • Preferred experience in process analysis and business process design approaches.
  • Solid understanding of major business processes across the Life Sciences value chain.
  • Solid understanding of major data objects and SAP enterprise structures.
  • Solid understanding of SAP applications including S/4HANA, BW4HANA, Ariba, IBP, and MDG.
  • Solid understanding of applying cloud, APIs, AI, and IoT within SAP Life Sciences solutions.
  • Experience delivering SAP through a value-driven transformation approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in Europe and ability to work within a European environment.
  • Work experience in a consulting company is required.
