Description

  • Lead solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across business processes, data and analytics, applications, and technologies.
  • Define the overall solution design, including end-to-end architecture, integrations, and data migration.
  • Ensure technical solutions, platforms, and systems meet business requirements and future needs.
  • Develop enterprise roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA and related ERP solutions, including non-functional and integration roadmaps.
  • Provide leadership and technical direction across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, cloud integration, API management, AI, advanced analytics, and IoT.
  • Establish and maintain a structured solution architecture framework that delivers on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to solution governance and enterprise architecture principles and standards.
  • Lead and participate in governance forums such as Architecture Review Boards, Program Boards, Change Control Boards, and integration meetings.
  • Support business development and pre-sales activities, including proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Manage architecture risks, dependencies, issues, mitigations, and implementation status, and coordinate internal, vendor, and contract resources.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a consulting company and large-scale SAP transformation programs.
  • Proven delivery capability for large-scale SAP-based transformation programs.
  • Practical knowledge of project management lifecycle principles and methodologies, including SAP Activate, Model Company, and SAP Value Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience with solution and enterprise architecture frameworks and models such as TOGAF.
  • Strong SAP solution architecture experience in large-scale transformation environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute an Agile-based design and delivery approach.
  • Ideally experienced in process analysis and business process design approaches.
  • Solid understanding of major data objects and SAP enterprise structures.
  • Solid understanding of SAP applications such as S/4HANA, IBP, and MDG.
  • Understanding of cloud, APIs, AI, and IoT technologies in SAP-enabled transformation.
  • Experience delivering SAP through a value-driven transformation approach.
  • Strong client interaction skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across the firm and leverage existing resources.
  • Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating information for different audiences.
  • Willingness to travel for project-related work.
