Description

  • Manage full life cycle S/4HANA implementations in SAP Production Planning (PP) and/or Quality Management (QM).
  • Evaluate business requirements and identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
  • Plan, prepare, and facilitate Fit-Gap and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
  • Design solutions for gaps and business process improvement opportunities.
  • Execute system integration testing and support data migration and cutover activities.
  • Coordinate system implementation with nearshore and offshore team members.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the client and support project management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
  • 5-8 full project lifecycles of experience in SAP PP and QM.
  • Strong production planning, shop-floor manufacturing execution, and/or quality management process experience.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
  • S/4HANA project experience and/or certification.
  • Preferably experience in international template rollout projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) at C2 proficiency.
  • Strong English communication skills at C2 proficiency.
  • Efficient, communicative team player with a self-starter mindset.
  • Willingness to travel.
