Description

  • Lead large-scale ETRM transformation programs from strategy through delivery.
  • Provide strategic direction for trading, risk, and regulatory workstreams.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams across complex client engagements.
  • Align program execution with client objectives and business outcomes.
  • Support solution architecture and delivery governance for ETRM initiatives.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across trading platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients to address energy trading and market transformation challenges.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to leadership across the practice.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in ETRM systems such as Endur and the energy trading lifecycle.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex project deliveries.
  • Background in client engagement, solution architecture, and delivery governance.
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement across trading platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certifications in ETRM systems, Power Trading, or Energy Markets are a plus.
  • Prior consulting experience with a focus on energy or power markets (preferred).
