Description

  • Lead the delivery of Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain solutions on large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Support consulting activities across requirements analysis, functional design, process design, fit-gap recommendations, deployment, and business readiness.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions that address business challenges.
  • Contribute to the definition and creation of Oracle ERP solutions and identify new and expansion opportunities.
  • Support Oracle proposal development, including the value proposition, differentiators, and win themes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Oracle Applications within relevant industries.
  • Coordinate relationship-building activities across teams to support client engagements.
  • Collaborate with Oracle ERP colleagues across multiple geographies in a hybrid delivery environment.

Requirements

  • Established experience in Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain functional roles within a services firm or large enterprise.
  • At least two successful end-to-end Oracle ERP Finance and/or Supply Chain Cloud implementations in an enterprise environment.
  • Well-established networks, relationships, and involvement in the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Ability to work at a senior client-facing level within complex organisations and build credibility and trust.
  • Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications with the ability to align functional areas to business requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills, including presenting to large groups.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset with a willingness to lead by example and get involved directly.
  • Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially with senior clients.
  • Ability to travel as and when required.
  • Open to candidates who may not meet every requirement, with emphasis on impact and willingness to learn.
