Description

  • Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns from kickoff through final reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication with sellers, retention managers, influencers, and brands.
  • Manage up to 30 influencer campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Handle timeline coordination, influencer slating, draft review and verification, and deliverable completion.
  • Act as the voice of the influencer throughout the campaign process.
  • Deliver white-glove client service aligned with brand tone, voice, and strategy.
  • Negotiate influencer rates and help manage estimated budgets.
  • Track, optimize, and monitor campaign budgets and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify issues, escalate when needed, and propose solutions.
  • Gather required campaign inputs such as shipping addresses, product information, and payment details.
  • Collaborate with Data Ops on post-campaign performance reporting.
  • Stay current on platform trends, creator shifts, and viral content patterns.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with U.S. and LatAm creator markets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines, creators, and deliverables in parallel.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with creators and clients.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Understanding of creator dynamics and influencer marketing operations.
