Description

  • Build and maintain full-stack features using Node.js and Next.js.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable systems for AI-driven influencer marketing workflows.
  • Work with AI tools and agents to improve product capabilities and engineering velocity.
  • Architect and optimize APIs, database performance, and overall system responsiveness.
  • Own technical decisions from design through deployment with an end-to-end mindset.
  • Maintain high code quality through testing, automation, and code review practices.
  • Collaborate across product, design, and business teams to deliver features and iterate quickly.
  • Help shape the foundation of Influur’s AI systems for smarter matchmaking and campaign automation.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-stack development with Node.js and Next.js.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents such as Cursor, embeddings, or LLMs.
  • Strong understanding of API architecture, performance tuning, and SQL database optimization.
  • Technical leadership experience from design to deployment.
  • Strong code quality standards, including automation, testing, and code reviews.
  • Effective communication skills across product, design, and business functions.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
  • Experience with container tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Generalist, hands-on mindset with comfort working across the stack in early-stage startups.
  • Ability to move fast, work with ambiguity, and take ownership in a high-expectation environment.
