Description

  • Design, build, and deploy full-stack features across Node.js and Next.js applications.
  • Develop and improve scalable systems that support AI-driven influencer marketing workflows.
  • Work with AI tools and agents, including embeddings and LLM-based features, to power product functionality.
  • Optimize API architecture, query performance, and SQL database usage.
  • Own technical decisions from design through deployment with strong end-to-end accountability.
  • Implement code quality practices including automation, testing, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively with product, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Help shape the foundation of Influur’s AI systems for campaign automation and creator-brand matchmaking.

Requirements

  • Expertise in full-stack development with Node.js and Next.js.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents such as Cursor, embeddings, and LLMs.
  • Strong understanding of API architecture, performance tuning, and SQL database optimization.
  • Technical leadership experience spanning design to deployment.
  • High standards for code quality, including automation, testing, and reviews.
  • Effective communication skills across product, design, and business functions.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
  • Experience with container tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Generalist, hands-on mindset with comfort working across the stack in early-stage startups.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a focus on AI and scalable systems.
