Description

  • Own the full lifecycle from raw video ingestion to production decisions made by autonomous AI agents.
  • Design and build scalable data pipelines for unstructured multimedia data, including video and audio.
  • Develop systems that process, batch, and stream video and sound data efficiently.
  • Build workflows that use embeddings, multimodal models, and LLMs to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Create AI agent workflows with memory, planning, tool use, and execution loops.
  • Design end-to-end systems that move from raw data to insight to autonomous action.
  • Make architecture decisions for ingestion, processing, and production agent systems.
  • Improve performance, scalability, and reliability in data-heavy systems.
  • Work with cloud infrastructure and scalable compute environments to support production AI.
  • Contribute to the development of AI systems that improve campaign automation and creator-brand matchmaking.

Requirements

  • Expert-level Python engineering with clean, modular, reusable code.
  • Experience building scalable data pipelines for unstructured data such as video, audio, or multimodal content.
  • Strong understanding of video and sound processing, including codecs, frame extraction, and batch and streaming workflows.
  • Experience with embeddings, multimodal models, and LLM-powered workflows.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents, including memory, planning, tool use, and execution loops.
  • Ability to design systems that go from raw data to insight to autonomous action.
  • Strong grasp of performance, scalability, and reliability in data-heavy systems.
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS and scalable compute setups.
  • Bonus: expertise working with social media data.
  • Comfort owning architecture decisions end-to-end, from ingestion to production agents.
