Description

  • Lead full-stack software development for case management and workflow automation modules.
  • Implement a microservices-based architecture to support modular and scalable functionality across CMA systems.
  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs to synchronize data between user interfaces, reporting dashboards, and backend services.
  • Develop secure, responsive front-end components that align with human-centered design principles and accessibility needs.
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and system administrators to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure code and configuration comply with DoD cybersecurity baselines, including DISA STIG and RMF standards.
  • Optimize application performance and data access through caching, indexing, and asynchronous service calls.
  • Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and regression tests to support Agile delivery cycles.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery and continuous feedback.
  • Support deployments, code reviews, troubleshooting, Tier 3 incident support, and mentoring of junior developers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development for enterprise or federal systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, work, or military experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Java, C#, or Python, and frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Django.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue for dynamic UI development.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, optimization, and migration.
  • Familiarity with API design, containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation tools.
  • Understanding of DoD STIGs, data encryption, and cross-domain data exchange protocols.
  • Experience developing in AWS GovCloud or similar IL-classified cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated success implementing workflow-driven case management systems in Agile or DevSecOps environments.
  • OutSystems experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills in a cloud-first, security-focused environment.
  • Ability to lead sprint-based technical efforts and ensure delivery of production-ready code.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation; some travel may be required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+ CE, or Certified Scrum Developer (CSD).
