Description

  • Coordinate day-to-day site operations to support commissioning, startup, and related field service work.
  • Review customer schedules, project timelines, and site requirements to align labor, materials, tools, and resources.
  • Monitor milestones, deliverables, open items, and project progress to help keep jobs on schedule.
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate delays, staffing gaps, shortages, documentation issues, and other operational risks.
  • Track punch list items, outstanding action items, and project closeout needs through resolution.
  • Ensure jobsite documentation, reports, correspondence, and records are accurate, timely, and organized.
  • Coordinate supplies, tools, equipment, parts, and materials to reduce downtime and support productivity.
  • Participate in project, commissioning, or site coordination meetings and document updates and follow-ups.
  • Maintain regular communication with field leadership, technicians, customers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Support site readiness, scheduling coordination, technician deployment, and other operational or administrative needs as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant hands-on experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting on-site operations in construction, field service, commissioning, or a related environment.
  • Experience coordinating labor, materials, schedules, and site activities.
  • Experience working in active jobsite environments and interacting with clients in a professional, responsive manner preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Sound problem-solving ability and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment required.
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 50% of the time, to manufacturing facilities, regional field offices, and vendor sites.

Benefits

  • Compensation range of $40,000 to $46,000.
  • Bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided.
