Description

  • Coordinate day-to-day site operations to support commissioning, startup, and related field service activities.
  • Review customer schedules, project timelines, and site requirements to align labor, materials, tools, and resources.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, open items, and closeout needs to keep jobs on schedule.
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate delays, staffing gaps, material shortages, and documentation issues.
  • Track site progress, punch list items, and action items, and follow up to support resolution.
  • Ensure jobsite documentation, reports, correspondence, and records are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Coordinate supplies, tools, equipment, parts, and materials to reduce downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Participate in project and site coordination meetings and document updates and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain regular communication with field leadership, customers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support site readiness, scheduling coordination, technician deployment, and other administrative operational needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant hands-on experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting on-site operations in construction, field service, commissioning, or a related environment.
  • Experience coordinating labor, materials, schedules, and site activities.
  • Experience working directly in active jobsite environments preferred.
  • Experience maintaining a high level of customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness in client-facing interactions preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Sound problem-solving ability and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., travel occasionally up to 50%, and work in office and field/site environments.
