Description

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics frameworks to track customer retention, market share, revenue growth, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Provide analytics and insights into customer forecasts and their impact on operational performance and business prioritization.
  • Analyze quote-to-order conversion performance.
  • Analyze key operational metrics that influence customer satisfaction.
  • Use AI tools and modern analytics workflows to improve efficiency, insight generation, and decision support.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Infrastructure, and other Analytics teams to deliver timely performance insights.
  • Work with tools such as Tableau and Snowflake to build and share dashboards and reports.
  • Communicate clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Partner with IT BI and business users to establish KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant analytical experience working with large datasets and delivering insights.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Analytics or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the commercial domain preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as generative AI, automation, or advanced analytics workflows in day-to-day work.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and clear communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience mentoring and developing analysts in a team environment.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience with tools such as Snowflake is preferred.
