Description

  • Spearhead the North America regional marketing strategy in alignment with sales priorities and regional go-to-market plans.
  • Design, execute, and manage a field marketing plan to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate opportunities through the funnel.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for the Americas sales team and align campaigns, content, and priorities with sales goals.
  • Oversee regional marketing programs including virtual and in-person events, local digital campaigns, account-based marketing, and sales enablement materials.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
  • Develop and implement joint marketing programs with strategic partners to drive shared pipeline growth and brand visibility.
  • Provide partners with marketing collateral, sales tools, training, and campaign support to help position and sell Incorta’s solutions.
  • Coordinate co-sponsored activities such as events, webinars, content collaborations, and joint demand generation initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on regional marketing performance metrics including pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing programs, budget allocation, and regional go-to-market strategy while communicating results to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, or Partner Marketing.
  • Proven experience marketing to the Americas region.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, pipeline stages, and B2B go-to-market metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex marketing programs across digital, events, and partner channels.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Gong.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for regional events and internal meetings.
