Description

  • Serve as the lead HR business partner to senior leaders across engineering, product, design, data, tech services, and cyber security.
  • Align people strategy, workforce plans, and organizational design with technical and company goals.
  • Coach technical leaders on people leadership, team effectiveness, difficult conversations, performance, and change management.
  • Lead or support complex employee relations matters and advise managers on best practices and escalation.
  • Partner with Finance, TAO, and technical leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent profiles, leveling, and compensation guidance.
  • Support full-cycle performance management, leadership development, manager capability building, succession planning, and development of high-potential technical talent.
  • Use headcount, attrition, internal mobility, engagement, performance, and demographic data to identify trends and drive action plans.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics and cross-functional partners such as HR Operations, Benefits, Leave Administration, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards.
  • Act as a steward of company culture and values by supporting inclusive, psychologically safe, and sustainable team environments.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent related experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar HR roles.
  • Significant experience supporting technical organizations such as engineering, product, design, data, IT, or security.
  • 3+ years directly supporting senior executives, ideally VP+ or CTO/CIO/CISO-1 leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters, investigations, performance issues, and other sensitive situations.
  • Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and influence decisions with insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for audiences ranging from individual contributors to executives.
  • Experience supporting distributed, remote-first technical teams in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to travel at least once per quarter, with additional travel as needed.
