Description

  • Manage the end-to-end performance guarantees lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic accounts, including monitoring, metric validation, and contract commitment tracking.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for custom performance guarantees and partner with Data Engineering to maintain specialized data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Client Operations to track contract execution, maintain Salesforce data structures, and support client operations.
  • Build and maintain SQL queries, Looker dashboards, source-of-truth datasets, and reconciliation dashboards for strategic account performance guarantee reporting.
  • Execute recovery analytics to identify, quantify, and track interventions that reduce financial payouts and revenue exposure.
  • Support revenue accruals, payout analytics, financial forecasting, and quarterly close activities for Revenue Accounting and FP&A.
  • Prepare quarterly reporting, variance analyses, scenario models, and risk assessments to evaluate feasibility of non-standard client requests, renewals, and RFPs.
  • Act as a technical lead in client-facing discussions to explain performance variances, resolve calculation disputes, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Perform deep-dive root cause analyses of performance guarantee misses and data defects, then collaborate with technical and clinical teams on preventive measures.
  • Enforce data validation practices, document lessons learned from failed performance guarantees, and operationalize governance processes for non-standard requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex query development.
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker or a similar BI tool.
  • Experience with data structures and validation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial or performance risks and contribute to project planning.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present concise narratives to internal teams and external clients.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage stakeholder goals.
  • Working knowledge of medical claims data concepts, EHR, or other core healthcare data sources.
  • Comfort with financial accruals, value-based care models, or basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask across multiple high-priority workstreams, and self-manage goals.
