Description

  • Deliver live virtual training for clinical new hires and tenured clinicians across Virtual Care and Population Health service lines.
  • Facilitate foundational, workflow-based, and application-based learning sessions using adult learning best practices.
  • Support or co-lead clinical simulations, mock calls, and role plays, and provide behavior-based feedback.
  • Partner with senior clinical training staff to run the day-to-day plan for new hire cohorts, including agendas, logistics, and handoffs.
  • Monitor learner engagement and performance, and provide targeted coaching or remediation when needed.
  • Document learner progress using rubrics, checklists, and competency tools, and escalate readiness or safety concerns appropriately.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain training materials such as slides, facilitator guides, job aids, scenarios, and exercises.
  • Identify content gaps or inconsistencies between training materials and the Clinical Resource Center and surface them for formal updates.
  • Use LMS and training tools to launch sessions, track completions, and pull basic reports.
  • Capture learner feedback and performance trends to inform curriculum improvements and service-line decisions.
  • Support surge periods by managing breakout rooms, chat questions, technical issues, and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • RN, BSN, or another equivalent clinical degree with an active, unrestricted license, or the ability to reactivate an expired license if applicable.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting such as ambulatory care, telehealth, case management, or triage.
  • 1+ years of experience in clinical training, precepting, clinical education, or adult learning.
  • Strong virtual facilitation skills using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.
  • Ability to explain complex clinical workflows in clear, functional language and provide direct, respectful feedback.
  • Comfort flexing between service lines, cohorts, and work streams as priorities change.
  • Ability to build trust with clinicians, people leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Articulate Rise or Storyline for basic edits or content review is strongly preferred.
