Description

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, including roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and custom fields.
  • Ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity across NetSuite modules.
  • Manage system updates, testing, documentation, and ongoing platform improvements.
  • Design and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports for finance, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders in finance, operations, supply chain, and product to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements, automation, and workflow improvements.
  • Translate operational needs into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Manage and support integrations between NetSuite and external platforms such as Workato, Orderful, Propel, Akeneo, and Charted.
  • Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable data synchronization between systems.
  • Support ERP processes for big box retail partners, EDI transactions, marketplace operations, order management, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, ERP Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong expertise in NetSuite administration, including configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, forms, and custom fields.
  • Advanced experience with NetSuite saved searches, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience managing ERP integrations and middleware platforms such as Workato or similar iPaaS tools.
  • Familiarity with EDI platforms and retail integrations, preferably Orderful.
  • Experience supporting consumer goods, retail, supply chain, or distribution businesses.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of marketplace integrations such as Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify is preferred.
  • Exposure to SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, or NetSuite custom development is preferred.
  • Experience supporting big box retail partners and EDI transactions such as PO, ASN, and invoices is preferred.
  • Advanced English level is mandatory.
