Description

  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to analyze business needs and current-state processes.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Govern and maintain requirements to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Map business processes, data flows, and source-to-target or source-to-report relationships.
  • Define KPI measures, formulas, dimensions, filters, exception rules, and data-quality rules.
  • Maintain data catalogs, business glossaries, and metadata.
  • Advise stakeholders on solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Lead UAT planning, test-case preparation, defect triage, and business sign-off.
  • Coordinate user participation in testing, deployment, and implementation activities.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and software development processes.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools.
  • Experience with SAP tables and processes in Sales, Finance, R&D, or Sustainability (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Databricks SQL or another cloud data platform, dbt documentation and testing, data lineage or catalog tools, basic APIs/file interfaces, and AI-assisted delivery tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude (preferred).
