Description

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, executive leadership team, Board, investors, and lenders.
  • Lead finance functions including planning, forecasting, performance management, strategic finance, and business analytics.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into financial plans, measurable outcomes, and decision-ready insights.
  • Own enterprise financial visibility, including risks, opportunities, key drivers, and strategic tradeoffs.
  • Prepare executive-ready financial updates, Board materials, investor communications, lender reporting, and recommendations.
  • Partner on capital strategy, financing and refinancing activities, corporate transactions, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain strong financial controls, governance, audit readiness, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Own the integrated financial model, including long-range planning, scenario analysis, liquidity forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Build reporting, analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management capabilities.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Finance team and strengthen organizational capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, private equity, corporate development, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision-support functions.
  • Healthcare experience preferred, especially in provider, payer, healthcare services, value-based care, or risk-bearing organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders through rigorous financial analysis and business insight.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience working with Boards, investors, lenders, and senior leadership.
  • Proven success building and leading high-performing Finance teams and scalable processes.
  • Ability to operate effectively as both a strategic leader and hands-on player/coach in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Base salary of $215,000–$250,000.
