Description

  • Support the execution of paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, and others.
  • Assist with channel strategy, campaign setup, and daily optimization to help meet user acquisition targets.
  • Analyze the full performance funnel from impression to install, activation, and downstream conversions to guide budget and optimization decisions.
  • Support creative testing from concept to completion, including A/B tests and structured testing frameworks.
  • Monitor creative performance and evaluate how user acquisition optimizations affect results.
  • Analyze performance data to identify improvement areas and turn insights into clear actions.
  • Collaborate day to day with designers and creative teams to keep ad assets aligned with each app’s messaging and audience.
  • Continuously learn and experiment with new channels, optimization strategies, and creative concepts.
  • Explore and leverage AI tools to support creative production, copywriting, campaign workflows, and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns in a user acquisition or growth role.
  • B2C app acquisition experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make optimization decisions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience or interest in using AI tools to support marketing tasks is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a remote role for the LATAM region.
  • Must be an applicant from LATAM.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
