Description

  • Develop and implement an end-to-end MLOps strategy for integrating machine learning models into production environments.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable automated pipelines for data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Build or integrate internal tooling for model versioning, model registry, CI/CD, and observability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and manage scalable infrastructure for machine learning workloads.
  • Own the full development lifecycle from design through incident response.
  • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to define model requirements, deployment needs, and data dependencies.
  • Enhance fraud detection systems using machine learning.
  • Support deployment and ongoing operation of models in production environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in MLOps or a related field.
  • Experience deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle, including training, evaluation, reproducibility, and model governance.
  • Experience building internal MLOps platforms or developer tools.
  • Experience with ML pipeline orchestration tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Metaflow, or SageMaker Pipelines.
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo, or Jenkins.
  • Experience deploying models in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for model and pipeline observability.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English at B2+ level.
  • Familiarity with Golang or .NET is a plus.
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention, fintech, or compliance is a plus.
