Description

  • Minimize handoffs, accelerate delivery, and maintain shared accountability across the team.
  • Build new features and maintain existing functionality across the full technical stack.
  • Debug and resolve production issues and implement fixes.
  • Add and improve Auth0 operational telemetry.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve technical and non-technical challenges.
  • Define discovery and target architecture for Auth0 implementations.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of dedicated experience building, configuring, and securing enterprise applications using Auth0.
  • Strong mastery of OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
  • Experience validating log streaming, end-to-end correlation requirements, authentication and security events, session and token health signals, and alerting guidance.
  • Direct experience analyzing and modifying custom databases, custom user stories, and complex account-linking workarounds.
  • Experience writing and debugging custom Auth0 Actions, Rules, Hooks, or external middleware APIs.
  • Experience working effectively in a distributed, remote-first team.
  • Experience in the identity and access management (IAM) domain.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field.
  • IAM technology-specific training or certification is a plus.
  • Travel required: 0%.
