Description

  • Assess current-state IAM environments and systems through stakeholder interviews and document review.
  • Facilitate meetings with technical and business stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze client business processes and functional requirements and prepare documentation to communicate and validate findings.
  • Review client and system data to evaluate data quality and support IAM system design and implementation.
  • Draft and review use cases, process workflows, analysis reports, requirements documents, and related documentation.
  • Work with IAM architects and engineers to support the creation of design documentation.
  • Develop test plans and test cases for IAM solutions.
  • Review documents for compliance with standardized templates, spelling, grammar, tone, and consistency.
  • Communicate project status, including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks.
  • Author technical documentation and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting IT, preferably in operations or business analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in information technology related to customer service, customer liaison, customer relationship management, or vendor management.
  • 2+ years of experience with requirements gathering and business process documentation.
  • 2+ years of experience with IAM administration or implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM components including Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, SSO/Federation, Privileged Access Management, and Enterprise Directories.
  • Knowledge of the nine project management knowledge areas, including cost, time/schedule, scope, risk, human resource, integration, procurement, communications, and quality management.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or an IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to continually sit at a desk and in meetings, use a keyboard/mouse, and communicate via telephone or video teleconference.
  • Ability to frequently travel by airplane or car and to office or client locations.
  • Ability to lift 5-10 lbs. as part of travel or normal office work.
