Description

  • Lead Salesforce implementation projects by assessing client requirements and defining solution architecture.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions across the platform and product ecosystem.
  • Support sales opportunities with product demos, discovery sessions, and estimate guidance.
  • Document solution feasibility, functionality, risks, and benefits for clients and sales teams.
  • Contribute solution input to RFI and RFP responses.
  • Lead client discovery using story mapping to determine data models, custom code needs, and integrations.
  • Plan sprints, support data mapping, and oversee user acceptance testing.
  • Develop user instructions and administrative maintenance documentation for custom Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct project audits and architecture reviews and recommend corrective actions.
  • Advise on best practices, create process templates, mentor team members, and share knowledge to improve delivery quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Extensive experience with enterprise technology implementations.
  • Understanding of user-focused design and design thinking principles.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
  • 1+ year of experience using story mapping methodology to capture business requirements.
  • 1+ year leading CRM implementation project teams.
  • 3+ years using Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience with data migrations from third-party solutions to Salesforce.
  • Experience collecting and working from user stories preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new things and take on challenges.
