Description

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead solution architecture, project solution vision, and client discovery using Story Navigator.
  • Design system architecture, data structures, integrations, and UI/UX aligned to user stories.
  • Support sales opportunities through product demos, discovery, and estimate guidance.
  • Document solution feasibility, functionality, benefits, and risks for clients and sales teams.
  • Plan sprints, support data mapping, and oversee UAT, test scripts, and bug fixes.
  • Create user instructions and administrative maintenance documentation for custom Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct project audits and architecture reviews and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop process templates, mentor colleagues, and share knowledge to improve delivery quality and consistency.
  • Track Salesforce releases and third-party applications, recommending R&D opportunities and integration approaches.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer certification with at least 3 years of experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Extensive experience with enterprise technology implementations.
  • Experience leading CRM implementation project teams for at least 1 year.
  • At least 3 years of experience using Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Experience with data migrations from third-party solutions to Salesforce.
  • Ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.
  • Understanding of user-focused design and design-thinking principles.
  • Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with user stories and at least 1 year of story-mapping methodology experience (preferred).
