Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers as their main point of contact.
  • Understand customer IT needs and evaluate their processes, people, and systems to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Pull detailed data, analyze findings, and provide recommendations to improve customer outcomes.
  • Identify problematic areas and help implement strategic solutions with internal engineering teams.
  • Coordinate support services across desktop, network, and systems environments.
  • Manage client support tickets, projects, schedules, and KPIs.
  • Ensure customer IT infrastructure is secured and operating according to organizational policies.
  • Work directly with customers and take full ownership of client relationships and service delivery.
  • Collaborate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve customer needs.

Requirements

  • 6-11 years of experience, ideally including 4+ years with a premier business or technology consulting company working directly with customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ticketing and quotation applications such as ConnectWise and QuoteWerks, or similar tools.
  • Experience in technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and Intranet tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with customers, internal teams, vendors, and others.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and interact effectively with clients.
  • Nice to have: proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, strong data/CRM/cloud/digital project experience, adaptability in ambiguous environments, and experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or life sciences.
