Description

  • Respond to and resolve complex technical inquiries, software bugs, and system requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks involving cloud infrastructure and web applications and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the support tracking system.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge across the company’s evolving product suite and services.
  • Provide data-driven feedback to the internal engineering team to help improve products based on customer pain points.
  • Support and manage relationships with users across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Work directly under IBMC to support the client’s technical support operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
  • Preferably graduated from a reputable private university (Universitas Swasta).
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, technical customer success, or cloud technical customer support.
  • Solid knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), web development, programming logic, and computer networks.
  • Excellent professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Must be fully willing and able to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time (PST) / Los Angeles time (GMT-8).
  • Programming or coding proficiency is highly preferred for advanced technical debugging.
