Description

  • Execute multi-channel outreach through email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to engage potential clients and global brands.
  • Build rapport with prospects and conduct discovery calls to qualify leads for the agency’s service pipeline.
  • Consistently generate qualified sales meetings and project consultations for the Creative & Strategy teams.
  • Track lead activity, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Present marketing services including SEO, SEM, social media, and branding in a consultative, client-focused way.
  • Handle commercial objections and competitive comparisons to move deals through the funnel.
  • Provide performance feedback and market insights to leadership to improve outreach scripts and service offerings.
  • Manage relationships with businesses across multiple time zones and act as a bridge between creative solutions and client growth needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Previous experience working in a marketing agency or selling digital services is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of reaching out to and winning clients outside of Indonesia in global or international markets.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones, including EU, APAC, or US schedules.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for international client interactions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a strong hunger for new business opportunities.
  • Ability to maintain responsiveness and a professional brand voice in all client communications.
  • Strictly no fresh graduates.
