Description

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and turn complex needs into clear product requirements.
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the development team to deliver product features on time and at a high quality.
  • Communicate and champion the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance using data-driven insights and drive continuous optimization.
  • Lead sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions and cross-functional issues.
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the product over time.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in a related role such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Designer, or Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience managing mobile applications or digital products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Practical understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Proven ability to prioritize product features based on business value and customer needs.
  • Extensive experience creating detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Fluent in leveraging Claude as an AI tool in daily workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Fluent in English.
