Description

  • Handle end-to-end routine finance and accounting tasks, including accurate bookkeeping and administrative workflows.
  • Assist in managing client account groups and ensure financial deliverables are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and external reporting deadlines.
  • Support Senior Consultants by managing day-to-day financial workloads and preventing service delays.
  • Maintain high service quality across finance operations and client deliverables.
  • Handle additional client requests and support future financial projects as the firm scales.
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure the accuracy of financial data within the digital ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Public Accounting Firm (KAP) background is highly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Accurate, or similar cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory for international client interaction.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with high-volume data.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and digital processes.
