Description

  • Identify and map high-potential partners across global wellness hubs, including Europe, the UK, Bali, and other regional markets.
  • Initiate personalized outreach through Instagram DM, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to start authentic partnership conversations.
  • Qualify potential partners based on community size, ceremony frequency, and interest in promoting, reselling, or using ceremonial cacao.
  • Manage the full partner pipeline from discovery calls and sample coordination to onboarding into referral, affiliate, or bulk-order programs.
  • Maintain a clear and organized CRM or lead tracker covering outreach status, samples sent, deals closed, and content posted.
  • Collaborate with the international team to improve outreach angles, script templates, and partnership conversion performance.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with facilitators, spaceholders, wellness professionals, and conscious creators.
  • Support light sales activity while keeping outreach aligned with the brand’s values and tone.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of or strong passion for the conscious, wellness, spiritual, yoga, or facilitator space.
  • Prior experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, appointment setting, B2B sales, or community building.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable using Instagram research, email sequences, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM pipeline tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
  • Able to operate efficiently across Europe, the UK, Bali, or Southeast Asia time zones.
  • Experience with cacao ceremonies, retreats, breathwork, or meditation is a plus.
  • Existing connections within local or global wellness communities are a plus.
  • Experience managing affiliate or brand ambassador programs for premium, conscious consumer brands is a plus.
