Description

  • Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in health, wellness, beauty, and longevity.
  • Develop and coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach through contract negotiation, briefing, and reporting.
  • Support creative development of influencer content aligned with the company’s premium, science-backed positioning.
  • Monitor influencer content for quality and brand compliance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Track industry trends, emerging creators, and new social platforms.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives across paid social, partnerships, and community building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a science-related field; biology, nutrition, or health sciences preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media, including internships.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English; French is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Creativity, proactivity, and self-motivation.
  • Strong interest in health, wellness, science, and longevity.
