Description

  • Collaborate with the Technology Lead, AI Developers, and UX/UI Design Lead to test and develop features.
  • Review AI-assisted code for ticket accuracy, coding conventions, invented APIs, and plausible bugs before client delivery.
  • Diagnose issues and collaborate with the AI Developer to determine fixes and potential regressions.
  • Trace defects to their front-end, back-end, or prompt-related causes and oversee fixes through completion.
  • Intentionally test AI features to identify failure cases and document successful test scenarios.
  • Monitor web speed optimization efforts after each release.
  • Report proactively to the Project Manager and AI Developers while managing schedules and deadlines.
  • Develop internal tools and client features alongside the AI Developer as the role expands.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and professional working English; interviews are conducted in both languages, and resumes must be submitted in English.
  • Based in Europe and available during Spain office hours, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. CET.
  • Approximately 1 year of web development or QA experience.
  • Ability to read and write JavaScript and familiarity with React or Vue.
  • Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive and cross-browser issues.
  • Understanding of PHP and/or Node back-end logic.
  • Experience testing REST or GraphQL endpoints.
  • Experience with Git and Agile development environments.
  • Ability to use AI assistants effectively, write strong prompts, critically review generated code, and recognize unreliable output.
  • Hands-on LLM experience, including personal projects, is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding interactivity and animation, with effective teamwork skills.
