Description

  • Partner with program leadership, business units, and implementation teams to maintain stakeholder and workforce information for deployment activities.
  • Collect, review, and validate personnel, operational, and role-based information from organizational representatives.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and deployment-readiness risks.
  • Support user go-live preparation through accurate personnel, functional-role, and access information.
  • Facilitate stakeholder working sessions, virtual meetings, workshops, and outreach events.
  • Serve as a primary contact for business stakeholders during readiness and deployment activities.
  • Maintain data repositories, reporting tools, dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with change management, training, security, technical, and implementation teams to resolve data issues and support program objectives.
  • Assist with user-role alignment and access planning across enterprise platforms and business functions.
  • Track stakeholder action items and provide progress updates to program leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting business transformation, organizational readiness, system implementation, workforce planning, or stakeholder management initiatives.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and maintaining large volumes of business or workforce data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, or stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs or large enterprise modernization efforts (preferred).
  • Familiarity with user access management, identity management, or role-based access concepts (preferred).
  • Experience with Power BI, organizational change management, user readiness, ERP, financial management, or enterprise business-system implementations (preferred).
