Description

  • Perform business and systems analysis across multiple systems.
  • Gather, document, and analyse requirements for multiple systems.
  • Translate requirements into clear use cases for internal delivery teams.
  • Evaluate technical solutions against analytical and non-functional requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support user acceptance testing and participate in internal and client calls.
  • Develop training materials for multiple IT systems.
  • Perform system and data modelling using UML and apply Domain-Driven Design to web solution requirements.
  • Manage projects from inception through delivery while contributing to operational offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience with user stories, wireframing, storyboarding, UML, and walkthroughs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Enterprise-level experience with system application design and development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional and matrix environments.
  • Self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with integrity.
  • Proactive approach to solution design and development, with ownership of delivered solutions.
  • Ability to understand the broader business context and stay current with technology trends.
  • Professional, approachable, assertive, and team-oriented working style.
  • Mentoring capability and willingness to maintain high performance standards.
