Description

  • Own Shopify backend operations, including product setup, pricing configuration, product information accuracy, and storefront integrity across all SKUs.
  • Ensure new launches, bundle changes, and offer updates are reflected accurately and on time in the storefront.
  • Coordinate with marketing on offer setup, campaign plugins, and promotional configurations so campaign execution matches operational readiness.
  • Build and maintain demand forecasts based on sales velocity, campaign schedules, and seasonality.
  • Monitor inventory across approximately 20 SKUs and three product categories, identify replenishment risks, and recommend actions before stockouts occur.
  • Oversee daily order fulfillment through Shopify and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely, accurate processing.
  • Manage 3PL relationships in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, including service levels, cost control, and issue resolution.
  • Own cross-border logistics for US-bound shipments, including carrier selection, routing decisions, and escalation management.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with logistics partners and vendors while maintaining competitive supplier options.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for marketing and customer support, providing readiness updates, availability checks, and logistics information.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations with a strong emphasis on cross-border logistics and US-bound supply chains.
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify at the backend level, including product management, pricing, order workflows, and integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing 3PL vendors and negotiating with logistics and supplier partners across multiple geographies.
  • Demand planning or inventory management experience in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
  • Experience working in a remote-first, async environment with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proficient with Shopify backend operations and order management workflows.
  • Comfortable using campaign and plugin management tools such as CKC or equivalent.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, INDEX+MATCH, pivot tables, forecasting formulas, and replenishment calculations.
  • Strong analytical ability to build and interpret demand forecasts, inventory reports, and logistics KPIs.
  • Confident negotiator who can drive results with suppliers, 3PLs, and logistics partners without escalating every decision.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and making judgment calls in a fast-moving environment.
  • Fluent in proactive async collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace.
